As part of a development project involving the new production facility at Cazzano S.Andrea (province of Bergamo), Aerre offers the customer a complete and precise high quality service.
Owing to the combination of various components that have been associated with our company for many years, Aerre is able to provide the Finished Product, in particular for collections and production runs.
From the "idea" of a fashion sketch we can create prototypes and paper patterns and then take care of all the phases of product placement, developing, cutting, making and finishing.
Our network of partnerships uses outside units equipped with heat-sealing, embroidering and silkscreen printing equipment: everything to provide a complete, precise and prompt service that is above all of the highest standard.
Aerre has an equipped design studio for making the basic paper patterns, the prototypes and developing sizes for any type of garment. The design team works with the latest version of INVESTRONICA V11 that features several workstations, electronic transmission and universal transcoding for all types of system.
A tried and tested network of directly controlled workshops, each specializing in specific types of garment, enables us to cater for all types of catwalk events and collections. Our network comprises accessory processes such as heat-sealing, embroidery, screen printing or special stitching options.
