Aerre is an exclusive supplier of Rollofill© clothing. This is the hollow polyester fibre that constitutes an avant-garde solution.
This is the so-called “down effect” where pneumatic inflation enables volume and consistency to be obtained that insulate exceptionally well for a very reasonable price.

Interfacings with high down content.
The interfacings used by Aerre for down linings are chosen from top quality ranges from leading Italian and European manufacturers.
In addition to traditional feather-proofed polyamide, there is polyester/polyamide and pure treated cotton. All the materials have been checked with precise control protocols and have been legally certified.
The versatility of the Aerre manufacturing sector also enables the down or other materials to be inflated directly into semi-manufactured garments.
Finished garments
Alongside the traditional down linings, Aerre enables finished garments to be made through a series of production facilities that are supervised directly from headquarters.
Each workshop is distinguished by great specialization and craftsmanship. These are family-run production lines that go back decades.
Owing to this network, Aerre is able to meet all customer requests but also assure product manufacturing quality in order to optimize time to customer and methods.
Laying and cutting use robotized instruments that are controlled directly by the design centre, which can if necessary email any type of file required. This enables the various models to go into production in real time.
